One of the most intriguing experimental “games” I’ve played is Dear Esther, a first person art video game developed by The Chinese Room.
Well, it looks like their next art game, the spiritual successor of Dear Esther, Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture will be a PlayStation 4 Exclusive, available at the PS4 launch and with no plans for a PC release.
“We don’t have enough money or production expertise to make this game without help, we don’t think we can raise enough through Kickstarter or public alpha to make this happen.” said Dawn Pinchbeck of The Chinese’s Room.
That’s a huge news, and another reason to buy a PS4. It looks like Sony is really doing a lot for Indie developers.
